The 12 Days of Nutrition

SantaClausOn the 12th Day of Nutrition my registered dietitian gave to me

12 miles of walking

11 cups of yogurt

10 leaves of lettuce

9 spoons of olive oil

8 bowls of oatmeal

7 bites of chocolate

6 sweet potatoes

5 oranges

4 chicken breasts

3 poached eggs

2 pounds of salmon

and a loaf of artisanal bread
